  The Brenner Corporation has been in the HVAC business since 1966. During the past 43 years, we have performed more school projects than any other contractor in the greater Milwaukee area. As a corporation, we understand the wants and needs of school districts and their maintenance personnel.

  Prior to beginning any contract, we address any questions or concerns that our customers have in order to eliminate any problems or schedule issues. Coordination is the key component of any construction project. Before beginning their portion of the installation and construction process, we require our employees and subcontractors to communicate with all other departments to avoid confusion and possible extra compensation.
